Fingerprint unlock is only when you launch wallet

Steps to reproduce

1. Set up fingerprint unlock when creating wallet
2. Lock wallet
3. Relaunch wallet, fingerprint unlock is shown
4. Cancel it, no way to get back fingerprint unlock

Actual result

Fingerprint unlock is only when you launch wallet

Expected result

Should be easily accessed via login page similar to iOS

Verification passed on Oppo Reno 5 with Android 11 running 1.36.85 x64 beta build

• Verified bio-metric unlock option is shown on the lock screen
• Verified able to use bio-metric to unlock wallet when it either times out and lock or when app is removed and relaunched
