Fonts only half showing often on many sites (Intermittent)

On many sites, text is showing as glitched/half showing. I've had this issue since moving to muon

Steps to Reproduce

Seems to be random but I have a high reproduction rate on the dailymotion signup page.

Switching tabs and then back, seems to fix the issue temporarily.

Reproducible on current release:

• Does it reproduce on brave-browser dev/beta builds?

Website problems only:

• Does the issue resolve itself when disabling Brave Shields? Nope
• Is the issue reproducible on the latest version of Chrome? Not that I've been able to reproduce.

Probably not related but I get blocks of colour under the same circumstances.

Try turning off GPU and out of process rasterization in brave://flags (helped in my case). This problem is most likely related to an issue with your GPU. You can also try updating the drivers for your GPU.

This has stopped happening for me. I don't remember exactly when but I have both updated the browser and my drivers since opening this issue.
