"Monthly tip" amount is not shown in Brave Rewards panel

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Brave > Three-dot Menu > Settings
2. Developer options > Enable Rewards Staging server
3. Brave Rewards panel > Enable rewards > Connect custodian (I used Uphold)
4. Go to github.com/laurenwags > Brave Rewards panel > Monthly tip > Set
5. Choose any amount > Set monthly tip > Go to brave://rewards
6. Confirm that "Monthly Contributions" is showing the correct amount for verified creator
7. Go back to github.com/laurenwags > Open Brave Rewards panel > Observe

Actual result

Brave Rewards panel is not showing Monthly tip amount for the verified creator when Monthly Contributions is set already.

The issue is also reproducible:

• with Beta and Nightly builds where Rewards panel has updated UI
• with Brave 1.50.x and 1.51.x

Expected result

Brave Rewards panel must show Monthly tip amount for the verified creator when Monthly Contributions is set already.
