navigating by urlbar is broken sometimes #109

open browser
go to bing.com
cmd-L, enter another example.com

the browser seems to reload bing.com instead of navigating to example.com

I believe this is an issue between calling setLocation in urlbar and the load-commit setLocation call in load-commit.
