Bookmark folders not collapsible in Bookmark Manager

Description

One cannot collapse bookmark folders in the left hand pane in Brave bookmark manager (as one can in Chrome)

Steps to Reproduce

1.In "Other bookmarks" create folder "Test"
2.Within "Test" create new folder "Inner"
3.You cannot collapse "Test" so as to hide "Inner" (as you can in Chrome). This is an important feature to have when the folder ("Test") contains many nested bookmark folders

Actual result:
See region in yellow circle, Cannot collapse "Test" so as to hide "Inner"

Expected result:
See region in yellow circle, In Chrome you can collapse "Test" so as to hide "Inner".
