Describe the issue you encountered:
Pressing home button loads Error page when no homepage is set

Expected behavior:
Should open about:newtab

  • Platform (Win7, 8, 10? macOS? Linux distro?):
    Windows 10 x64, Windows 7 x32, Opensuse 42 x64
  • Brave Version:
    0.11.3 Dev
  • Steps to reproduce:
    1. Keep my homepage blank
    2. Click on home button
    3. Error page is displayed
