Yes

Describe the issue you encountered:
If you attempt to activate 1pw when 1pw mini is not running it opens https://agilebits.com/browsers/welcome.html and the page continuously reloads because onepassword4-extension://activate/Chrome causes a provisional load failure

Expected behavior:
The page should open and not reload

  • Platform (Win7, 8, 10? macOS? Linux distro?):
    macOS
  • Brave Version:
    0.12.1
