Describe the issue you encountered:
Unable to delete history entries by clicking on clear browsing data. Right click delete history entry clears all history entries

Expected behavior:
Should delete all history entry when clicked on clear browsing data, right click delete history entry should only clear the selected entry

• Platform (Win7, 8, 10? macOS? Linux distro?):
  Windows 10 x64

• Brave Version:
  0.13.0 Preview 2

• Steps to reproduce:

  1. Do a clean install of 0.13.0 preview 2
  2. Visit some sites to ensure history has entries
  3. Click on Clear browsing data, nothing happens, right click on one entry and click on delete, clears entire history entry
