This program allows you to quickly create a new desktop with some default apps in OSX from the command line
Create a alias in your ~/.bash_profile
alias new='/<PATH_TO_FILE>/new_desktop.sh'
Then just type 'new' on the command line when you want a new desktop with some default apps open
$ new
