merge library and training spaces

Library and Training spaces are just two different phases of the same concept.

Once a resource is used to extract notes from, artifacts are in phase 1 of practice digestion process called extraction.
Once extracted, notes can be digested through the phase 2 of practice digestion process called editorial, the can be prepared for use.
And when practices are digested through phase 1 and 2, then they should be processed through phase 3 called concensus phase in which authors decide where to put these practices in order.
Finally practices are ready for the final phase 4 called publish where practices can be used by learners.

By now, Library space was just misleadingly implemented as phase 1 process of practice digestion and Training space was presented as only the phase 2 of its own complete digestion system.
