Add .ObservesProperty(() => bool)

Would be nice if it was possible to let the commands observe a property defined in the initializing of the command. Below is how it can be used by Prism DelegateCommand.

AddCommand = new DelegateCommand(OnAddExecute,
            OnAddCanExecute).ObservesProperty(() => IsBusy);
