Create Figma page
Implement HTML and CSS for page
Show to group

Waiting for Evan to have finished version of the Figma page
Edit Figma raw html and css data to fit webpage
^If the above does not work, Shri and Luke have to code the site from scratch

Also have to know what graphs we are using and have approval from the team (non-challenging issues)
