t/babel/page545 from test suite fails

Recently I packaged a new texlive snapshot and noticed that the test "t/babel/page545" fails to run correctly:

A full test run can be found here. Feel free to ignore the message for "t/babel/csquotes", this issue seems to be solved in latest github checkout of latexml.

@hpreusse I suspect this report is related to #2429 (unsure if duplicate). Marking as a regression - thanks.

Could be related, but no duplicate. My issue occurs, since the upgrade to latest snapshot from CTAN, meanwhile #2429 is for TL 2023.
