Compiling issues since laptop died

Never had problems compiling before, but recently my laptop died. Now I cannot find 1.0.0 of citro3d or libctru and every time i try to compile with any other version it throws errors. Mind you different errors for each version, but I was just hoping someone out there could point me to 1.0.0 or the proper versions to use when compiling nowadays.
