CIA wont install

I do not know why the cia fails to install. this is the error it gives me

Failed to install CIA file.
Result code: 0xD9004588
Level: Permanent (27)
Summary: Wrong argument (8)
Module: FS (17)
Desc: RSA/Hash verification failure

This and the nes cia is the only cia that has given me trouble. Virtual console and game backups give me no trouble at all

My games disappeared and I got to the homebrew menu launched FBI to reinstall all my homebrew and got this error. I think it has something to do with the SD card corrupting. Run faketik on it and see what it gives you. I'd recommend getting a different sd card and copy it using roadkil
