When possible don't shuffle items based on name but instead keep their relative ordering from the original document. Previously the heap used to track which items are next in the sort was drained greatest-to-least which ended up placing items in reverse-lexicographical order. Instead now an integer key is explicitly added which is always unique per-item which guarantees ordering between ties as first-in-file to last-in-file.
