  1. Study description needs to be updated to include sequencing type, patient count and normal status.
  2. Expression profile name and description needs to be updated.
  3. Missing survival KM plot.
  4. There are additional clinical attributes in the Supplemental. We can include those.
  5. Mutational Signatures data in Supplemental Tables.
  6. The patient/sample count is inconsistent to the paper. 203 in portal and the paper displays 218 patients.
  7. The patient/sample IDs in the portal are inconsistent to those displayed in the paper.
