I am trying to import mbn_sfu_2023 into a private installation of cbioportal and getting this error

ERROR: data_RNA_Seq_v2_mRNA_median_Zscores.txt: lines [1601, 1998, 2191, (17381 more)]: No Entrez gene id or gene symbol provided for gene.

I downloaded the files directly from cbioportal.org as well and got the same error.

Hi @saxenanurag, thank you for reporting the issue. It has been resolved in #2065. Could you please try importing again?

Hi @rmadupuri - I can confirm that the we imported on our end and the updated fix worked! Thanks for the prompt response and fix!
