First, thank you for putting this out there. I installed in a Model Driven for Dynamics 365 online to a form's On Save event. I am certain that the javascript is loading when the entity's form saves (OnSave) but the plug-in doesn't seem to have any effect. I opened one browser and signed in as me and another browser window in incognito mode under another account and then opened the same records. I did some edits and some saves but didn't trigger the notification. Does this script work with online Dynamics 365 Model Driven apps or only Canvas Apps? I tried with and with-out config options.
