Occasional tests failures #12

The installation of Odoo 10.0 used to run the tests sometimes fails. Tests in themselves are green, but the setup sometimes fails. I could not find the reason yet.

Locally before migrating to Ubuntu 16.04 (I don't recall having seen it lastly) I had an occasional failure when Odoo container was trying to connect to db container. But this seems unrelated.

Could not be related because the tests are not executed in a container. Here is an example of failure:

I got this error several times for #17 on travis and systematically on my computer.
Maybe i'm missing something on my venv
