What should we do?

We added a 'r'/'R' replace menu shortcut for the BPMN editors with #3364. We should the same thing for DMN.

Register "replace element" action and keyboard binding in dmn-js
Add it to DMN editors in camunda modeler

Why should we do it?

We should add it to maintain cohesiveness between editors.
