Progress-indicator component focus lock

ibm-progress-indicator when used inside a ibm-modal drops focus from the modal to the parents document object, when switched from one step to the next on the progress indicator. Please suggest.

That's odd, can you create a minimal reproduction environment? Even a github repo with a ng cli app would be great
