[Inline dropdown & multi-select] Label container stays when label is hidden

Acceptance criteria

The label property only hides the label, but its container remains and still occupies space. This issue occurs specifically with the inline dropdown and multi-select components in the small size.

Tasks

• Add the "Show label" boolean property to the label margin.
• Check other variants, like the medium size inline dropdown for reference:
