Bug: Update design kit names

Recently the names of several design kits have been updated. We need to make sure the everywhere on the site where we mention a kit name is updated to match the new names in Figma.

Beta Give feedback

1. Audit the site and kits to ensure parity
2. Open a PR with the changes
3. Update the Figma thumbnail

Name changes

• (v11) All themes - Carbon Design System updated to (v11) Carbon Design System
