Detailed description

All of the button's various alternate types (Danger, Ghost, Secondary, etc) are inaccessible in Windows High Contrast Mode

Going to close this one up. The button types are accessible. Just not distinguishable between the various states. This is fine to me since our guidance warns against using color as the sole means of communicating anyway. I'll open this one back up if this proves to be naive.
