Add migration docs for @carbon/icons-react/next for beta feedback #8559

Now that we have a codemod and an implementation, we should author migration docs for @carbon/icons-react/next to allow teams to try out this package and give feedback after we release our beta. This guide should cover:

  • How to run @carbon/upgrade to update (or manually use codemod if package is unavailable)
  • API changes
  • Common challenges / FAQ
