[Bug]: Vertical progress indicator: Text is misaligned when space is limited

Description

When using a vertical progress indicator, the step labels start to misalign when horizontal space is limited.

I'd expect the text to wrap and still align with the rest of the step labels.

Steps to reproduce

1. Visit the carbon react storybook
2. Enable the "vertical" option in the knobs
3. Reduce the width of the story until the text misaligns
