Visa partnered with Gemalto and Bank Neon to release the first Visa Quick Read card format.
On November 2016 the first card was released. It features a different type of format, where all the useful information stays on the front right side, and the 16 digits card number is formatted in group of four vertically.
With this type of card is possible even read the security code (cvv) that is visible on the front.
It will probably be the new standard card format soon.
