The npc in carla-autoware either not move or running in a very random manner

Hi, I'm running the carla-autoware together as the README said. Also, I launch the spawn_npc.py in carla example folder while running the autoware agent in carla world. However, the vehicles either stuck and not move or running in a random manner and directly crash onto the wall. Have you ever met the problem? Could you please help me with that? I set the sync mode in autoware and run spawn_npc.py directly.
