Hi @caronc,

Thank you for making this integration, it has worked well in my home assistant with my alarm

I was wondering if it was possible to have the Chime function added in Home Assistant, might be useful as a makeshift doorbell or to activate with automations

Thanks for your help!

Can you create a chime from the web site the alarm panel offers? I don't think so, no? The website is status and configuration only. Perhaps this isn't the case?

When you press the chime button on the webpage (I have a Comnav/NX-595) it makes a chime sound to tell you it is enabled. I think the maker of the Homebridge plugin has added in the toggle for the chime too (https://github.com/flareman/homebridge-caddx-interlogix)

Thanks for having a look :)

If you could, download the ultrasync tool i have pip install ultrasync should do it and set up a small configuration file (see https://github.com/caronc/ultrasync).

If you captured a --debug-dump both before and after the chime being enabled, it's all that is needed to add this feature for you. The script will generate a zip file each time it is ran.
