This pull request addresses several items from #65. I clicked through all of the links on our workshop website and corrected anything that was broken or incomplete.
I have not built the website locally to test these changes. We can merge after review, and I'll confirm my edits had the desired effects on the live site.
We'll still need to fix the key points in each episode so that they render correctly in https://gitter-lab.github.io/ml-bio-workshop/reference.html
