Minor change leads to big issue with site rendering

Wasn't sure where else to ask this question. My workshop had to be moved online and forward by one day at the last minute when there was a COVID outbreak amongst the attendees. I altered the dates on the index.rmd, and re-rendered, but doing so messed up the entire site, including links to the etherpad and surveys.

I first rendered the site with "Preview HTML" in RStudio, and then later tried to do it with 'make site', after updating my Ruby install via HomeBrew. I'm sure this is not an issue with the code, but something I did wrong. Any help would be appreciated: https://ericcrandall.github.io/2022-06-08-SEAS-Islands-Alliance/
