May I do a PR to help provide the scripts and setup for publishing to PyPi? Seems like it's not missing much!

My apologies for the slow responses and lack of attention to Nostril issues. I just have too much other work :-(.

It would help a lot for use this module on Google cloud as deploying functions with this as pip package is immediate meanwhile doing this as a local package bring lot of problems.

The current pip install runs a git clone of the whole repo, which today is a >145MB download. It took almost 3 mins to install!

If anyone ever gets around to putting this on pypi, there's a little work to do on that

It seems that an other package names nostril is on Pypi ( https://pypi.org/project/nostril/ ) so we will have to resolve the name conflict.
