Links in Member Management are not considered when install on sub-folder

The navigation links in the members management page are not considered as zenbership is installed on sub-folders on server.
For ex., anchor tag should be like this:

wrong: <a href="/manage/update_account.php">Update Account</a>
correct: <a href="update_account.php">Update Account</a>

wrong: <a href="/logout.php">Logout</a>
correct: <a href="../logout.php">Logout</a>
