Add aliases for ANSI/terminal colors

Make ansi color updates easier by aliasing palette colors to the ansi color names, also possibly avoiding the need for multiple ifs for dark/light flavors.

@sgoudham to get the ansi colours and new bright shades into the palette json, tracked as part of catppuccin/catppuccin#1961
@backwardspy to add them to the palette crate and update whiskers accordingly
