Create Initial Roadmap

We as SIG need to work on our roadmap in order to define what areas we can tackle, divide and map them up, and perhaps start workstreams for specific items with people interested to collaborate and contribute to them.

CDF SIG MLOps approach is something we can take a look while working on initial roadmap.
