Whilst CefSharp undergoes a massive redevelopment in the background I've decided to release an updated version based on the 2272 branch. The only changes are to accommodate the changes in the upstream API, no features have been added. This should be a relatively minor upgrade even thought the bump in major version number.

If all goes well we can release an official version in the next 2-3 weeks.
