Release 117.2.x

  • Create cefsharp/117 release branch
  • Update DevTools client API
  • Update to latest CEF build
  • Resolve remaining issues attached to 117 Milestone
  • Create release notes
  • Release stable packages to nuget.org
  • Update Issue Template CEF Sample application links
  • Generate new API Doc and upload to http://cefsharp.github.io/api/
  • Update General Usage API doc links

Generate new API Doc and upload to http://cefsharp.github.io/api/

To reduce the amount of disk space and work required I'm not going to generate the API doc for every version, just when something changes.

The only notable difference between the M113 API doc is #4518
