Feature Request: Web app to verify phone numbers in browser

This would enable users with browser extension wallets (e.g. Celo Extension Wallet, MetaMask, etc) to verify their phone numbers in the browser.

This might introduce additional frictions, such as dealing with blockchain specific derivation paths (n.b: the same seed phrase will yield different addresses using the Ethereum vs Celo derivation path). Metamask uses the Ethereum derivation path, while the Celo Extension Wallet uses the Celo derivation path.
