Create a pipeline using GH Actions to:

  1. Check PRs: build, test, report
  2. Testing (inside those checks): use Tenderly to fork demo/sepolia to automatically tests and show the reports
  3. Publishing: semantic versioning, publishing using GH releases and either tags or branch names (v0.1.0 or v1.0beta)
  4. Make sure the semantic versioning is clear on the NPM site.
  5. Later: Research signed binaries solutions for when clients use the SDK
