At the end of the log entry for this upload, I see these two messages:

Finished with 0 successes and 1 failures.
2022-01-30 10:11:28[INFO]Completed.

If the failure count is not 0, then upload_QC_data_for_pending_miseq_runs.pl should use a nonzero return code. That will trigger a failure e-mail.

As for why this run failed, the Signal_to_noise value was NaN.
