Develop a list of future design manual topics and how they fit into the IA #396

We have an initial list (Natalie, can you post that here?)
Need to review initial list to make sure:
- There's a home for all existing pages (maybe this is actually part of Finalize and release the new Information Architecture for the design manual #395 )
- The brainstormed list of future-topics are appropriately categorized
- Fill in any holes we spot

Note: make sure we include tool intros and circle illustrations in this list.
