[New feature] Retrieve device energy to enable HA energy management

Issue : while instant power usage is reported for plugs and switches, those device does not show up in Home Assistant energy pannel

My analysis :

• HomeAssistant energy pannel is reporting only energy usage (https://www.home-assistant.io/docs/energy/faq/), while this Netatmo integration report only instant power
• Netatmo APIs exists to retrieve energy (https://dev.netatmo.com/apidocumentation/control#getmeasure)
• Using Netatmo energy metrics would be far more accurate than trying to convert instant power to energy using Riemann sum (https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/integration/#energy)

Request : enable energy reporting for devices
