When we ran the experiments, the value of --noisy-net-sigma was not used (#465). That means scale_sigma was set to 0.4:

chainerrl/chainerrl/links/noisy_linear.py

Line 19 in 7523bb7

def __init__(self, mu_link, sigma_scale=0.4):

We need to re-run the experiments with scale_sigma set to 0.5.
