Why is it called OnePixel ?

Because the URL this will be deployed it on is 1px.li
I want to call the product as "one pixel links" - where 'one pixel' alludes to the shortness of the links.

Looking forward to contribute to this @championswimmer . Small question, why not go for backend and frontend in the same repo?

no particular reason - just feels cleaner that way - given they'll be on pretty different tech stacks

the backend should be able to run with 100% features even without the frontend btw - I want to make this API first in it's approach.

I assume netlify for vue, but what about go? @championswimmer

Railway.app for the Go backend initially

Will do Azure/AWS later when I make it paid and on production open for everyone. @shawshankkumar

Hi @championswimmer, do you have any design document for this where we can understand the high level overview and contribute to this project?

@mrudang-vora it is too simple to require a design doc. it has 3 models, 2 controllers. if the code is not sufficient at this level of project to start contributing then i am afraid I won't be able to help much :(

There is a OpenAPI YAML file to lay out the expectation from the API for v0.1
