Feature request: Separate the legend items each side of the scale, based on the scale they are attached to #5605

Are these images the current state of the code or what you're proposing it should look like after some change? What is wrong with the current chart? |
This is just an idea, the current graph is unreadable because you never know at first sight which axis each curve corresponds to. |
Which of the images is the current graph? If none, can you please include a screenshot of the current graph for comparison |
So the main feature here is that you want a different zero-axis for the two datasets. |
Currently not possible out of the box. But maybe to consider with: But I think no one is actually working on that |
Since this issue was filed we've released v3. We also now have an HTML Legend Sample. The best way to achieve this will be to use an HTML legend where this change would be some simple CSS. |
Currently multi axis chart are almost unusable because it is difficult to read.
A solution would be to separate the legend items each side as in examples below:
with legend placement in top, bottom and left/right
