Describe the problem

Azure DevOps clone scan using CLI with --ado instead of --f=<...> is not yet implemented like it is for GitHub or GitLab.

This doesn't allow one to use CxFlow in CI/CD to pull the code and submit it without the need of an extra task to clone the code locally.

Proposed solution

Implement ADO clone scan similarly to what was done with GitHub and GitLab.
