Deploy all those boxes to vagrant cloud

It will be much easier to use those boxes if all the boxes here we're uploaded to vagrant cloud.
I can create a simple script to do that if you want me to.

One of the reasons for giving the project to Chef's @opscode/release-engineers team is to have the boxes built and output to Vagrant Cloud as part of CI, so we will get to it... eventually.
