Fixed by #25

Caveat: chef verify now runs only smoke tests by default. There is a --unit flag to run unit tests, and these will pass as a non root user once chef-dk (this project) is updated to run its tests as non-root. We've decided not to make the integration tests work as non-root, as the integration tests for Chef Client require root to be fully effective and will generally require a "clean-ish" system to run properly.
