On Windows: "CreateProcessW: The system cannot find the file specified" #5

I guess this is a known node/windows bug when using child_process spawn for script files:

nodejs/node-v0.x-archive#2318

For now I am just running browserify manually:

browserify index.js -o bundle.js

Then change index.html to use bundle.js
